Gas is a condition when a person feels cramps in abdominal
and also feel irritation.in this situation man can feel abdominal pain
headache,muscle pain,irritating,want to alone,and also have a tension.basically,gas is attack in our head if it does not discharge,then it
convert to our head and caused headache.it very common sometimes.in this condition your belly is sweller like this:

problem of our health. We will avoid this with basic home remedies. Basically
gas is occurred when you eat too much or eat those things that are dangerous
for our health. It also occurred when you have eaten and sit without walking.
Things That Caused Gas:
Cabbage,cauliflower,broccoli,onions,corn,beans,oats,potatoes,apples,pears,milk,soft
cheese, fluffy wheat,peaches,cucumber,garlic,grapes,lettuce,turnips,melons,peas,radish.
Also avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, chocolate, drugs.
Apply These Things In Your Routine:
Drink plenty of water:
(Example: at least 8 glass a day)
Eat slowly:
(Example: chew good and slowly swallowed)

(Example: little sip of water or any liquid things)
Don’t fill up on air:
(Example: smoking, chew gum, drinks with straw)
