First of all we have to need some ingredients like these:

Ingredients:

Onion-----------------------------------1 small

Potato----------------------------------1 large

Egg white-------------------------------1

Flour----------------------------------1 cup

Salt------------------------------------1 tsp

Pepper----------------------------------1tsp

Vegetable oil---------------------------2 tbsp

Method:

 At start you will need full of cold water bowl and crush of the potatos.Then put these potatoes in to the cold water. Our potato has been sitting in water for 5 minutes. You need potato riveters and put these crumb of potatoes into it that you have dip in the water.squese it well. Take another bowl and put squeeze potatoes in it. Now crush the one onion into the potatoes bowl. Then you gone need egg white and put it in the bowl and add some flour. Then put salt and pepper and take a spoon and mix everything with the help of this. After this you need a frying pan and put little vegetable oil in it. Then add potatoes mixture in this pan with the help of measuring cup for the same size fry it until its color is light brown. Then pace it into the serving dish our hash browns is ready to serving.
