Ingredients:

Cup Butter ---------------------------------------------- 1/2 or 125grams
Caster sugar--------------------------------------------- 3/4 or cup 170g
Teaspoon of vanilla---------------------------------------1tbs or 5ml
Eggs------------------------------------------------------2
Standard flour------------------------------------------- 11/2 cups or 190g
Baking powder ------------------------------------------1 tbsp
Salt------------------------------------------------------1/2 tbsp 2ml
Sour cream---------------------------------------------- 1 Tbsp 15ml
Milk-----------------------------------------------------1/2 125ml
 

BAKING METHOD:



Before you start first of all put butter into a mixing bowl or baking pot. Then add caster sugar along with vanilla essence in butter also mix cream together until light. After this process and then broke 2 eggs and mix it with the help of whisk. Next step is adding the flour, baking powder, soda and salt together and put it into creamed sugar and butter. Open the milk and add into sour cream. Then mix it continuously until it mix. Finally take spoon into 10 cupcake and place it oven with the temperature of 180C of 350F. And after the twenty minutes the cupcake will be ready for serving.


Method Of Buttercream Recipe:

Butter ---------------------------------------------------------1 cup or 250g
Icing Sugar ----------------------------------------------------3 cups or 375g
Milk----------------------------------------------------------- 2 tbsp or 30ml




First step is adding butter into a bowl. Bake the butter until its color is light brown. Next process is put the icing sugar half cup at one time. Then use the level of milk consistency of sugar ads at a same time. And now add the color flavor as you wish.
