Today I will introduce chocolate biscuit cake recipe. This
is basically prepared without baking in any microwave oven.chocolate cakes have
found in to many shapes like round rectangular and much more. Basically this
dessert cake made with crushed biscuits, chocolate paste, and toasted nuts
also.
Ingredients:
Tea biscuits-------------------------------800g 28oz
Chopped nuts (walnuts, toasted) --------------100g 1 cup
Chocolate syrup paste
Sugar--------------------------------------200g 1 cup
Cocoa powder-------------------------------60g 1\2 cup
Water--------------------------------------240 ml 1 cup
Butter-------------------------------------150g 2\3 cup
Vanilla extract----------------------------1 tsp
Chocolate ganache
Bittersweet chocolate (chopped) ----------------------120 g
1\2 cup
Whipping cream-----------------------------120g 4 oz

Method: First you will chop biscuits into small pieces. Then heat a pan and toast walnuts for five minutes and stir it. After this adds toasted nuts on the top of the biscuits.now prepare the syrup of chocolate. Add sugar and cocoa powder in a medium pan. You will mix it continuously and add water along with it. Put butter and place on the stove. Boil it 7-8 minutes while this mixture is stir. Then turn off the heat and add vanilla extract. Cool it for 10-15 minutes. Put the syrup over the biscuits and nuts and mix it well with the help of large spoon. Now you will need a non-stick round cake pan. Put all the mixture into this non-stick round and press it well with spatula. After this process place it on the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Chocolate ganache:
Now we prepare the chocolate ganache.For this purpose we
need a small pan and put cream in it and boil it. Then all of this hot mixture
is putting on the chopped chocolate and wait for 1 minutes while it’s smooth.
Finally add ganache on the chocolate biscuits cake and refrigerate about 3-4 hours.
Now our cake is ready. Serve it.
